At The Diamond Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including all original certificates and documentation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
